Submit extended abstracts of papers and posters

Closing date for submissions: 14 November 2019

  • Sign In (Login) or Sign Up (create an account) at the web site:
    • To create an account, you need email address, name, title, affiliation, and country
  • In "My submissions" section, click "Submit new paper"
  • You will be prompted to enter the paper title. Enter the title and click "Save"

  • In the "Paper details" section:
    • Enter extended abstract. It should be 300-500 words and contain the following sections with sections headings entered as separate lines:
      • Objective or research question
      • Background
      • Methods
      • Results and conclusions
    • Enter keywords
    • Select session type: Oral Presentation, Poster, or Mini-symposium (if your paper is part of a mini-symposium)
    • Click "Save and next"
  • In the "Authors" tab, add co-authors:
    • If co-authors are not already in the system, you can add an entry for each co-author
    • You can also change submitter and presenter
    • Click "Next"
  • In the "Codes" tab:
    • Select codes (topics) by clicking on topics from the list of available topics on the right
    • Click "Save and Next"
  • In the "Files" tab:
    • You can upload your paper:
    • This can be done later up until the conference date
    • Click "Next"
  • Click "Submit". Congratulations, you have submitted your extended abstract!
    • You can return and make necessary edits up to the submission deadline
    • You can upload your full paper up until the conference date
